We receive donations in-kind and in all currencies, using cash, MPESA, cheques, Money Transfers and overseas transfer applications like SendWave and WorldRemit. Each donation is recorded and clear records are available upto 2 days prior to the date of request at all times and in most cases upto 24 hrs prior.

TeamPankaj would not be possible without your support and the goodwill of our partners. Reach out to us on teampankajke@gmail.com to discuss your donation and sponsorship options.

We maintain a record of all deliveries from our Packhouse, complete with delivery notes. All deliveries are recorded daily and up to date information is available for every Delivery made. For additional transparency, we are in process of formalising and documenting each delivery with its own photos, where photography is permitted.

Lists of beneficiaries are prepared by community leaders on the ground and then vetted by our internal team to ensure that those people really exist and to minimize the opportunity for bias. As a non-denominational charity group with no political affiliations, we work with leaders across all faiths and in all areas to ensure our support reaches the most vulnerable, whoever and wherever they may be. Institutions, such as children’s homes and community-based organizations for the elderly and disabled, are also our key partners for this purpose. TeamPankaj staff are always present during distributions to ensure that hampers reach the intended people.

We always try and source 100 % local produce only except for Sanitary towels which may be made overseas. We ensure that nothing that comes into the packhouse has expired and unfit for human consumption. We support local farmer for vegetables that we purchase and we have a list of 20 farmers who are used on rotational basis. For the other products like Flour, Maizemeal, Sugar, Soap, Beans, Chick Peas we try and source the cheapest products from the market and negotiate with suppliers to donate too. We have list of suppliers who we negotiate every deal with.

Yes! Donations in-kind are used for hampers and for bulk food that is delivered to children homes or Hhspices. All items received are tracked on our inventory management system to ensure accountability and transparency.

• 20 Casual Staff who work in Packing, Loading, Moving and Off Loading
• 21 Youth in Kosovo for the Slum Clean Up Exercise
• 10 Staff at Amani Centre Kibra who volunteer and deliver Door to Door
• 5 Drivers who do an assortment of deliveries and pick ups
• 20 Staff under Koch Foundation whom we pay for deliveries in Korogocho and Dandora Areas.

• All Volunteers and staff receive lunch, tea and snacks during the day they work.
• All Drivers and staff get daily allowances. We try to procure trucks for free, but when they’re not available, they must be hired.
• 3 Drivers are under Moyo Payroll
